Order requests and confirmation
Submitting a form on this website creates an order request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed only after our team contacts you to agree availability, details and final pricing.
Pricing
Prices shown are starting guides. Final pricing depends on size, design complexity, quantity and delivery arrangements, and is confirmed before preparation begins.
Custom designs
Reference images are used as inspiration. Handmade items will differ in small ways from a reference, and we will tell you upfront if a request is not achievable.
Changes and cancellations
Changes are often possible before preparation begins. Contact us as early as you can. Once an order is in preparation, changes may not be possible.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup arrangements are agreed with you per order. Please provide accurate addresses, timings and a reachable phone number.
Allergies
Our items are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts. Tell us about allergies before ordering.
